A from-scratch custom mechanical keyboard PCB — schematic capture, component selection, layout, and fabrication outputs, all done in KiCad. Keyboard boards are a great PCB discipline exercise in a small package: a big switch matrix that wants clean routing, USB done properly, and the mechanical constraint that every footprint must line up with a physical plate to a fraction of a millimeter.
